Omelets in a Bag

Put in a ziploc freezer bag:

1 or 2 eggs
cheese
omelet toppings (ham, peppers, bacon, sausage)

Squish up the mixture. Get all the air out of the bag. Put in a pot of boiling water. Cook 10 minutes for 1 egg, 13 minutes for 2 eggs.
